Our booking form on our website lists our price estimates based on number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and special add on services. For accurate quoting help message photos of areas of concern and focus to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book your cleaning, once we determine how we can help. 2. Get your space ready, ensure personal and irreplaceable valuables are put away secured. We take extreme care, should damages occur, we will ensure for speedy resolution. 3. Our trusted team will complete a walkthrough and review clean plans to meet your expectations. 4. The cleaning begins 5. Our team will complete a final walk through and ask for your feedback 6. Professional Cleaners that earn 5 Star reviews receives a bonus, an incentive for giving each job 100% 7. After a cleaning, we will reach out via text or call for your feedback. Your input and recommendations for improvement are welcome and appreciated!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All professional cleaners must possess at minimal five plus years of residential, commercial, move in/out cleaning experience. Background checks are required and references reviewed. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Each professional cleaner must maintain additional and separate insurance.
