- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is base on other similar projects that i have worked on. Its base on the time i estimate that the project is going to take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first go do a job walk with the customer in person. I make sure that the customer explains me what they want for their project, and that i understand what it is wanted so that we are all in the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gotten a lot of on the job training with other professionals and i always try to keep my self up to date with all the policies and regulations.
