Jeffrey Gray is the consummate professional in all areas. Initially, I really was impressed with his consistency in keeping me updated on his arrival time. We discussed my showed leakage issue - he did not attempt to 'up-sell' me in any way - he removed the old corking around the shower and replaced the grab bar which had rusted. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable about other plumbing issues. His work was excellent and I have no hesitancy in referring him to others or using his services again. A happy customer!!

Jeffrey did great work. I strongly recommend him. What I liked the most was up front he told me exactly what he was going to do, which part he was going to replace, and how long it would take. Other quotes I got simply said "I'll fix it for $X". Jeffrey went through great lengths to explain in detail what he would do. He was very thorough in his workmanship throughout.

I could give fewer stars because I paid double the initial estimate. But the additional cost was due to upgrades required to bring the installation up to current UPC. He replaced an almost 50-year-old gas water heater in the basement of a 95-yr-old house.
Jeff is knowledgeable about the code, and commited to doing the job right. His communication regarding status of job was impeccable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our skilled technicians arrive in a fully stocked service vehicle, bring drop cloths and wear ‘booties’ to protect your home. He will perform a complete diagnosis, then propose a range of solutions. Gray Plumbing utilizes a menu pricing system so you will know how much it will cost before the work begins. We don’t charge for travel time and give a uniform “flat rate” schedule to all of our customers which saves you money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our client's a fixed price up front. Most of the time there are options that fit the situation and budget. In order for us to give solutions for your issues we have to take a look at it. We will come to you home or business take a look at your issue and give you a flat rate price that will not change unless your problem requires further diagnosis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the PHCC and received my Building Trades Journeyman card from the Local 343.
