I recently bought a new property with an ADU in the backyard. Within a few weeks, the 17 year old hot water heater in the ADU stopped working, which was not a surprise, given its age. I reached out to Oscar at Skyridge Plumbing to receive a quote on a replacement.
The very next morning, Oscar arrived on time at my property and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was professional, honest, and was able to complete the water heater replacement on the same day! My previous water heater only had a 30 gallon capacity due to the tight space where it lived. However, Oscar was able to install a more efficient 40 gallon tank that he expertly maneuvered into the restricted space.
I was very impressed with Oscar’s plumbing knowledge, diligent work, and craftsmanship. When I asked him whether I should consider a tankless versus traditional water heater, he honestly recommended the traditional because of the ADU’s smaller size. He also offered to request an official permit from the city, which speaks to the superb quality of his work. I highly recommend Oscar for any plumbing needs. He is phenomenal!

Oscar repaired my Rheem waterheater in 1 hour flat!
- He got warrantied parts send to my house directly overnight (instead of 2-3 days) from the manufacturer.
- He talked me through the problem and the fix.
- When I received the replacement parts by mail, Oscar was on his way to install them within the hour, and had completed the job in 1 hour flat!
- Gave a 1 year warrant on workmanship all for a good and honest price.

I had an excellent experience working with Skyridge Plumbing to install my water heater. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly responsive and replied to my initial inquiry super fast. They were able to schedule the installation at a time that was convenient for me and arrived on time as promised.
The installation process was efficient and professional, and the team took care to make sure everything was done correctly and up to code. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I understood how to operate the new water heater.

I contacted Skyridge Plumbing when our water heater broke and am so happy I did because Oscar and his apprentice, Lexi, know what they're doing! They were on time, brought everything needed to complete the job and were able to work some magic when a couple of unexpected issues arose. Oh, and they were totally cool with our curious dogs :) Thank you both for the great work. Hopefully we won't need to call again anytime soon but if we do, we'll call Skyreidege.
