Juan determined the issues with our backyard system and made recommendations on what he knew was needed to make it function properly. He provided an estimate within a couple of hours. Gave him the go ahead so he could purchase the materials. He scheduled the installation and communicated with us during the installation of new control valves. Juan is a very good communicator and his work is excellent. Jobsite was left very clean. I highly recommend Juan for all your landscaping needs.

Juan and his team worked so fast I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when they were finished. Juan quoted the duration for the job right on the dot, and their pricing was fair. Some surprises inevitability show up along the way with any Backyard project , but they were flexible and adjusted to the changes on the fly. They helped us remove a broken table that had been built into the ground, assemble a complicated goalrilla hoop and install the basketball hoop in ground, cover up a small concrete area with artificial turf (because it was a small area they used some leftover high quality artificial turf from another job so I didn’t have to purchase an entire roll, incidentally, it was too nice compared to my other existing turf, so Juan offered to bring me some lower end turf if he had any leftover, so it would blend in with my existing turf), poured 8 x 13 concrete slab and assembled a Costco shed to place on it. And finally they moved my fence back to make my backyard a little bigger and created a new entry area, with the new area I took the cheapest option which is to pack it down with dirt and white rocks on top. They came back later when the hoop arrived and poured the concrete for the hoop install and when the concrete was cured, they returned again to assemble the hoop and put it into the concrete. Like I said, they work REALLY fast, yet very communicative at every step, and the quality is great. Juan is incredibly organized and responsive, and the rest of his team, including his brother and his dad are super nice people. Though his dad is older and I was worried he would hurt himself, he turned out to be maybe the strongest person on the team. Looks can be deceiving, and it’s clear his dad is very knowledgeable about this work as we made some changes along the way and consulted him. Everyone on the team was top notch! We still have other things we need to get done in the backyard that we didn’t do in this first phase, so we will definitely be calling JR Landscape back for more work! Highly recommend their work, you won’t regret it!!

Juan and his team were excellent to work with. I had the intent on having Juan come and do a quote and schedule him for a later date to complete the project. After seeing the scope of work, Juan offered to complete it on the spot, and went to get the raw materials and had his crew there very quickly. The job was done professionally and his communication was outstanding through the project.
