Conrad was speedy and accommodating while booking and the movers he sent on moving day were professional, friendly, and flexible with what we needed. They moved all of our things very quickly but very carefully. Not a single thing damaged on the trailer through Grimes Canyon, and they stacked everything so thoughtfully to allow us easy access while we unpack. Our dog even loved them! Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a trusted mover.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices our $125 per hour for 2 of us and this includes truck and all.
For jobs that require 3 of us we charge $150 per hour.
For jobs that require 4 of us we charge $175 per hour.
We don’t charge extra for stairs/long carry. But we now have one time fuel fee on every job
We have a 2 hour minimum on jobs between San Fernando valley and Goleta.
We will serve LA and Santa Monica areas but have a 3 hour minimum there
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication about the details of the job and scheduling are better done over a phone call. It allows for quick and detailed questions and feedback. Then I prefer details by text message saving important info and opens line of communication leading up to move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in business administration
Worked for moving companies.
Over 10 years experience operating my own moving services.
