- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a travel fee associated with Mobile Notaries. If you have questions in regards to my travel fees, please contact me. Once request is submitted, I will provide a more accurate pricing with travel fee included. Thank you for understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to maintain an open line of communication with new customers and existing clients to ensure we are both on the same page. You will receive my contact info and you are encouraged to reach out to me via call, text, or email for anything that may come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent through National Notary Association.
