Introduction: I'm the top-ranked Apple engineer in Sacramento (as rated by Thumbtack in 2015.) I've been working with Apple systems since 1982. I'm a certified Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) which is the highest level of Apple certification for Apple professionals. I built high-definition editing systems for the film industry for years and know the Apple platform inside and out. Because I also did marketing as well, I'm extremely well versed in social media marketing, Adobe Photoshop editorial, and digital restoration, as well as design with Adobe Illustrator and other digital tools. I'm currently the full-time marketing director for a Sacramento area firm that requires digital art skills on a daily basis. It's never the same thing twice! Amy was fantastic to work with. She had a clear set of needs and expectations. We were able to identify the issues with her system and solve most of them rapidly. There was one tricky password issue which took a while and Amy was very helpful in steering us towards a password she initially didn't remember, but ultimately was the right one. She was very hospitable and a gracious host and client. I'd definitely work with Amy again anytime.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Torrey and his work. Very quick to respond, extremely professional, easy to communicate with and most importantly awesome at his job. He stopped by my house right away and spent at least 30 minutes to an hour running tests and trying to get my (physically damaged and water damaged) Mac book pro’s to start working again. The computers were not able to be salvaged so he spent additional time helping me try to navigate my warranty for the computers. He did not charge me for any of the services, despite all the time he had spent trying to get them to work again. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
