Fil responded to my inquiry promptly, arrived on time as we had agreed, worked on removing my old garbage disposal then installing the new one which I purchased myself. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. I noticed he neatly laid out his tools on the kitchen floor and when he was done, neatly collected them. I could just tell that he’s pretty organized in his ways and I like that. By the way, he also wore shoe covers as he walked on my hardwood floors which is a big plus again! Great experience with Fil. We had leaking around the faucet, a busted garbage disposal and a sink that needed caulking. Fil was responsive, gave a reasonable quote and stayed on to do a complete and thorough job when he found bigger plumbing issues (there was some corrosion and a drain and P trap replacement). There were some language barrier issues but Fil was able to communicate with my tenants through Google translate and texted me clearly with updates as the job progressed. Fil did a great job and we’d be happy to work with him again.
