He got here earlier which was great. He went right to work. Toward the end of the work he discovered a defective switch on the unit. Rather than leave and return the next day he waited for and hour and a half while I went to the store and exchanged the defective motor. He was very polite, informative and professional. He did an excellent job on the install and it is working as it should. I would definitely use this company again and certainly recommend them to you as a consumer.

The first time they came out fixed the rollers on the garage door, good. Garage door is broken again, we don't know why "that's why they do what they do" and "I do what I do, and that's not fixing garage doors". We think it's under a warranty. Guy comes out my sister is frantic because the tech tells her this is something completely different from before a different issue. She's crying because she can't close her garage door. They call me tech says it will cost $2100 for new door etc etc. I asked how much it would cost to close it and we can discuss other options later. It was $99, okay they close the door. Here's the issue with this company. During the time my sister was crying their technician told her "maybe you can go inside and kick your dog for a bit, it might make you feel better". I found that out when I was going to hire them again to install a new door, my sister finally told me that she cannot work with them. Wow! Scary! Sad!

Garage Doors pricing is based on the job (amount of work involved & materials needed). We send out a technician for an inspection so they can analyze what exactly needs to be done and how much it will cost. Then they will provide a detailed estimate on the job. If your particular job is a repair job, 99% of the time the technicians can do the work on the spot if you wanted to move forward with the estimate right away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will inquires about garage door services. We will answer their questions and get them scheduled for an estimate. Upon completion of the estimate if a repair is needed and customer wants to proceed, 99% of the time we can do the repair right then on site. If customers estimate was for a new door they can proceed right away or take some time to think about it. That's the general process when working with Local Garage Doors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 generations of Garage Doors Careers before me and I have been in this industry my entire life. We also attend Garage Door Conventions to make sure we always have the latest and greatest products.
