Great company, quick response, very professional and easy to work with. Christopher changed a broken spring on our garage. He was great to work with, very speedy and communicative. Ive used this company twice, once for a broken spring and once for a broken cable and both times they came out right away, no extra cost for the weekend, and were extremely reliable. Highly recommend

My garagedoor springs broke in two, couldnt open the door. This was very serious since my wife has a heart condition which requires us to be able to leave quickly when needed. Called local garage on the Sunday this occurred; they arrived on time, were very professional, and after showing me exactly what the issues were besides the spring, they repaired the door that afternoon. I feel the price was more than fair, this experience working with them was pleasant and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional company they can depend on.

Ian was amazing, Im so happy I reached out to these guys. He came out super fast and gave me a great deal, and worked around the issues with my spacing and figured out a work around whereas other companies just said it couldnt happen. He came and within an hour and a half my garagedoor had a motor, new hardware, remote and wall button. Ian was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Highly recommended!

The response was immediate - I was very impressed. The tech arrived at the scheduled time, quickly analyzed and explained the reason for the failure of the garagedoor to open/close. He replaced all of the parts that needed to be replaced explaining their function in the process. I’m so pleased with the service and highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Garage Doors pricing is based on the job (amount of work involved & materials needed). We send out a technician for an inspection so they can analyze what exactly needs to be done and how much it will cost. Then they will provide a detailed estimate on the job. If your particular job is a repair job, 99% of the time the technicians can do the work on the spot if you wanted to move forward with the estimate right away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will inquires about garage door services. We will answer their questions and get them scheduled for an estimate. Upon completion of the estimate if a repair is needed and customer wants to proceed, 99% of the time we can do the repair right then on site. If customers estimate was for a new door they can proceed right away or take some time to think about it. That's the general process when working with Local Garage Doors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 generations of Garage Doors Careers before me and I have been in this industry my entire life. We also attend Garage Door Conventions to make sure we always have the latest and greatest products.
