Hello Allan. We provided a free quote over the phone for you on installing a new sectional roll up door to replace your 1 piece. It clearly said it would cost $1,350 + tax for the garage door only (please read our message/quote again because you clearly mis-read it or are not telling the truth. Then we came out for FREE to provide a FREE assessment and a FREE estimate. Upon arriving you told us you wanted a new 1 piece tilt up (swing up) garage door. It costs a lot more in parts and labor to provide that service. I don’t see how you can give a company a 1 Star review for going out the same day for FREE and not charging you anything for the assessment and estimate. I encourage you to send me a written quote for a new 1 piece garage door install for $1,200 from a licensed garage door contractor. As a matter of fact I will mail you a check for $20 if you provide a written quote (on a company’s contract) for that price. I look forward to hearing back from you. Best Regards, Tyler M.

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Garage Doors pricing is based on the job. We send out a technician for a free inspection so they can analyze what exactly needs to be done and how much it will cost. Then they will give a written estimate on the job. If your particular job is a repair job, 99% of the time the technicians can do the work on the spot if you wanted to move forward with the estimate right away.
