- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 per hour with the minimum of 3hours per session. Currently, I’m running a promotion for those clients that book 15hrs+ with me, they will receive 10% discount. I take 25% deposit before the first session. Client pay for products (at retail price) A $25 surcharge will be applied for any distance more than 20 miles from my office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an in-person initial consultation or you can call/text/email me. I will take photos and measurements of your space or you will be sending me some pictures and measurements. We will be working 1:1 during the sorting and decluttering part. Client will be the person who get to decide what to keep and what to donate. Then comes the fun part when I get to design and organize your space to bring peace back into your home.
