(Apple watch/FitBits clients are encouraged to share) DIY workouts are also customized to your goals and all exercises will have instructional videos because guidance/instruction through your entire program is extremely crucial. (thru SLFMD app)

If you want support and superior training Mylon is your man. When your motivation is gone Mylon will remind you of discipline and keep you track. He will fit your workout routine specific for your needs and make sure you win. Mylon personally helped me work through a hard time in my life by teaching and training me in the gym, you can’t put a price on that. Good physical health equals good mental health!

One of the best decision of my life was to sign up to Mylon’s personal training sessions. What started as personal training turned into a life long friendship. he not only focussed on helping me improve my physical fitness through his unique training style , he also focussed on how I can improve my mental health. He is the kindest person I know and cares about you more than just seeing you as a client. His training style is unique , simple , consistent and pays a lot of attention to staying away from injury. Results will come through consistency and following his advice consistently.
