Jackson Voice Studio

Jackson Voice Studio is a voice and singing studio in Old Town Folsom, in person and on Zoom. Every new student starts with a free discovery lesson. No cost, no commitment. You come in, meet your coach, and see how lessons actually work before you decide anything. We are three coaches, not one. Daniel Jackson founded the studio and has been teaching for 24 years. Frank Niebauer works with aspiring performers, songwriters, and anyone building confidence. Nick D. teaches ages 7 to 18, and is where most of our younger beginners start. We match you with the coach who fits where you are right now, and as you grow, your coaching grows with you. What lessons are like Every lesson is built around your voice and your goals. We teach the Sing Smart Method, a five pillar framework Daniel developed over 24 years of study and vocal science: vocal technique, style technique, musical intelligence, singer’s mindset, and expressive performance. Most coaches only ever teach the first one. If you sing musical theater, we work on the things that actually earn lead roles. Range, projection, belting, and nerves. If you are an adult who has wanted to sing your whole life and never started, you are in good company here and you will move faster than you expect. If you are already serious and feel stuck, that is the work Daniel does most. Beginners are genuinely welcome, and you will make real progress in your first few lessons. Practical details We teach seven days a week, in person in Old Town Folsom or online over Zoom. Online lessons are the same lessons, not a stripped down version, and they work well if you are outside the area, travel often, or would rather have the drive time back. The studio is by appointment only and there is no front desk, so please message us here rather than stopping by. We will send you the address once your lesson is booked. He has trained with Seth Riggs, Brett Manning, Lisa Popeil, John Henny, and Dave Stroud, and built the Sing Smart Method himself because no real curriculum existed for the style side of contemporary singing.
