What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No bait and switch. Cost is based per room. Note that cost listed for each type of service is an estimate and may vary depending on size and condition of each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically go to the home to do a walk through prior to beginning work to asses for spotting traffic lane build up etc. How I see it carpet cleaning is a need that vast majority are living in tough situations. So I believe customers deserve the best. The Vast Majority go home and relax and make it an entire day thing. It’s just like the super bowl for a lot of people. This is the reason why I put my best into each work. I explain what iam going to do, if I anticipate any concerns, then I get right to work.
