FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like any really good DJ, I invest every month keeping up with the top 100 songs of the year in all music styles. I visit and do gigs with other DJ, aways picking up new tips and tricks. Really good DJs help each other. We never know when we may need to call one of them to fill in if we can't do a gig we already signed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I really started DJing on a whim. I used to hang with a really talented DJ. I love music, and at the time the perks that came with being part of the entarage. The DJ was feeling a little ill and asked if I could take over for five minutes while he sat down. He liked what I was doing and just let me finish up the set. The rest is history.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings and private parties are what I like to do best. The clubs pay well, but there tends to be too much drama. I'm getting too old for that. Years in the clubs makes the money not that important anymore.
