In all honesty, I appreciate the friendly demeanor and negotiating a better move-out cleaning and carpet steaming deal last minute because I was going to go with someone who quoted me for cheaper. Plus, the gracious hand with helping me move some items around the place and cleaning the patio. It smelled minty fresh when the carpets were being cleaned. The toilets sparkle!! Thank you!!!
