- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First session is a trial session, because life coaches come in many different personalities, one might not mix with another. So for whatever reason, if you feel like we don’t mix well, no problem. I won’t be hurt by it, just let me know and you will have a full refund of the session. I do offer discount options as well and they are located on my Bio if you’re interested. For those who book appointments with me I ask that half of the payments be made to reserve your appointment time and other half be made after the session is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have a getting to know you process, you tell me about yourself, what’s going on, how you feel about it. Then we move into what my recommendations are and how we can change or improve your specific situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied and earned my degrees for Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, and communications and have worked with children as a teacher since 2015, through my teaching I was able to see many children and parents struggle with issues and problems and needed some support. I was able to use my knowledge, empathy, and compassion to help both through life situations and help steer them in better directions.
