- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide service that will leave customer devices back to the way they first purchased it and make sure the functionality is as it was when it's brand new.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to repairs, I typically do a pre-diag if there is some visibility on the screen. After needed repairs are done, I do a post diag and test the full functionality of the product to make sure it works optimally. for software issues, I do a diag that tests anything that may need repair. If nothing needs to be repaired, I do several system checks and repairs to make sure system files are working properly. If software issues still arise, I do a backup of the system and do a full reset. Part of that process does include antivirus checks for PCs if it requires a full system reset. Then I do a post test again to ensure the full functionality of the device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have A+, CCNA, Sec+, and Network+ training from the military. No certifications yet but working on them with the military. I have completed C++ courses at college for a computer science degree. I'm currently learning Java and C# as well as getting familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment.
