We hired Steve to repair our roof and we highly recommend him! Very friendly, respectful and professional. The quality of his work and his rates were great! He kept us informed throughout the project and provided recommendations at various price levels to make sure that our project stayed within our budget and that we got exactly what we wanted.
Roger had the absolute best price to assemble my patio swing which I purchased from Costco. He was prompt, friendly, hardworking & cleaned up when finished. All around good work ethic. I plan to use him for future repairs around my house and will definitely recommend him to family & friends.
The job Adrian worked on was hanging two vinyl outside gates, removing cedar shingles from the front of the house around the front door and window, stuccoing the area removing and rebuilding the front door jamb and threshold and tiling the small front porch with saulito tiles. Adrian and his partner were very reliable and hard workers. Adrian spent time doing the quote on the spot and adhered to the quote. When some unanticipated problems arose, like running out of tiles (my fault), he went out of his way to solve the problem, find the correct matching tiles and complete the job. Even after finishing, when the screen door was not hung correctly, he came back the next day and fixed it. Very honest, I could rely on his word and he did good work. His prices are very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.
Jerry repaired and replace several area's on the house that had dry rot in the fascia board and also repaired broken tiles on the roof. His work is excellent and prices reasonable. He gives you several options as to how to make the repair, and lets you make the decision. I would recommend him for any home repair job.
Very small tile repair job but Michael did it anyway. Spend over 2 hours and made the repair look great! Not perfect but how do you match dirty grout, right? I will use Michael for my next complete re-tile. Great Job Michael!
Tim did a great job repairing my fence. I have already scheduled him for another home repair.
Good value for a basic fence repair. Thanks, Joe.
Celso has performed multiple jobs on my property including replacing back patio pergola, replacing all door and door frames, baseboards and crown molding installation, cabinet installation, removing old shingles and replacing with siding, replacing fascia boards, scraping popcorn off the ceilings, texturing, stucco repair, drywall repair and painting. Also created a small storage room in the attic area. All performed with excellent workmanship and professionalism. Unforeseen issues handled fairly and reasonable. Shows up on time. Does what he says. Integrity in a business that seems to be lacking in that trait. If it's something that he's never done before he'll tell you as opposed to faking his way through just to get the business. I highly recommend Celso!
Called about a project at my daughters home but we needed some last minute repairs on our house before it went on the market. Repaired some outdoor electrical issues and threw up a ceiling fan for us. Great job, hope to use him in the future.
Great services. Responsible and efficient. Reliable Home Repair is strongly recommended.
I HIGHLY recommend Tom Torres (New Millennium) for any of your roofing needs. He was very prompt in responding to my urgent need for a roof inspection. The repair/re-roof that was needed fit well within my budget. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did the work he promised, and cleaned up everything when done. I work closely with a lot of contractors, and Tom has proven himself to be the most reliable and trustworthy out of all the roofing companies out there!
Martin and his team were referred to us. We closed on Friday, we fumigated over the weekend, and they had our 1200sq ft house apart Monday morning. Here is what they did in only five weeks: Exterior: -Repaired the fascia -Replaced my window trim on all windows, and two of my windows entirely. -Painted the exterior -Poured a patio -Replaced a large side gate -Built and painted a picket fence -Installed a mailbox -Helped me assemble my patio furniture in their down time -Hauled away two truckloads of garbage from the yard and garage that the prior tenants left -Trimmed the trees to keep the off the roof -Patched the roof -took care of the loose wireing in the garage Interior: -Scraped all ceilings -Ripped out all flooring -Ripped out the tub and shower -Ripped out the vanities -Ripped out the toilets -Ripped out all base boards -Retextured the walls and ceiling -Build two doorways -Built a small wall to fix the hall -Reinstalled the bathrooms with new fixtures -Replaced all the ceiling fans -Replaced two doors to the exterior -stripped my sliding glass door of that terrible fogging-effect plastic - hung fresh bedroom closet doors -new carpet in two rooms -new laminate in the living room, office, hall -new vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms -new baseboards -new kitchen cabnet with counter to match the others -re hung kitchen cabinets to match the other side (they were low) -full paint -smoke detectors -fire extinguishers -re-wired my unsafe attic -new switches and plates Basically, They made it turn-key, from a total dump. And they stayed within my budget. But what will always stay with me is the sense of deep care and respect I felt every step of the way. Our first experience. Never were we blown off of treated like novices. Every time I share pricing with friends who have had work done on their homes, their eyes bug out at how wonderful our pricing was! They always went above and beyond. Like, meeting other people (the surveyer, the city for utilities, the garage door guy, the Apliance delivery guy) so that I didn't have to take work off. Like lending a hand with our last few boxes when we were moving in. Like staying around until my husband made it home on they day he got lost so that I wouldn't be alone in a new neighborhood after dark. Like working weekends to get it done. Like touching base every day with updates. Like helping me spray my yard with flea killer. Like always having a good laugh ready to share. Like answering my stupid "what-the-heck-is-this" calls weeks later when something native to the neighborhood would turn up (mostly bugs). I am so grateful. Also, It's been months and nothing has gone wrong. Our life carries on (knock on wood), and we don't think about trivial house stuff because it's all done.
Peter is an excellent communicator. His work is professional and thorough. He did a repair to a brick driveway that had been damaged by a broken sprinkler. While he was there, I asked him to repair an intricate corner of my brick spa, and brick topped fence. He gladly did, and didn't increase the quote! The overall price was more than fair, I would highly recommend.
I had him come to remove a ceiling fan and install a new ceiling fan and wall switch. Because did such a nice job, I had him remove and install two bath faucets one of which needed more repair than I thought. He also repaired my tub faucet which I knew needed lots of work. If I need anymore repairs, I will definitely call him.
We hired Ed to install curtain rods and Venetian blinds in our apartment. He did all the measurements, went to the hardware store to pick and cut the Venetian blinds, and installed them. He was very professional and did a beautiful job. He then became our go-to handyman and helped us with quite a few other things around the house, such as some special installation that we needed for the dryer, smart lock installation, hanging pictures, and painting walls and ceiling. We needed some major door repairs and Ed helped us find a proper handyman who specialized in that, coordinated everything and supervised the work. In all our interactions with him he was courteous, professional, helpful, honest, respectful, clear, and gave us reasonable prices. We therefore wholeheartedly and very highly recommend him.
Perhaps handyman for the jobs I needed: cleaning out the water heater, adding handles to cabinets, changing out a tall LED bulb, and repairing exterior gates. Thank you so much for your help!
Thank you for the sink repair!! Such a huge help..
I highly recommend this company. We had exterior painting along with some masonry work and some repairs done all to our satisfaction.
These guys are great. Father and son work combo who really take the time to explain everything and leave the work place clean. They installed new shower valve and trim kit with ease and minimum wall repair left. You will not be disappointed.
These guys were very polite, honest, hard working, respectful and did very detailed work. Used them for wood siding, baseboards, house painting, roof work and other general house repairs. They can do anything! Will use them again.
