They showed up when they said they would, they estimated and emailed like they said they would. Then return to perform the work two days later as they said they would. It’s hard to get vendors to commit and actually follow through and these guys did a great job of that. The work was performed as described, and the price didn’t change. I would recommend them to anyone who needs garagedoor service.

Mandre was a pleasure to work with! He came out same day and took the time to fully diagnose and explain the problem I was having (garagedoor would only open one foot). He was patient and helpful while I attempted to file a warranty with the company that made repairs in 2022. He came back again that day and made the repairs, and for less than what the previous company charged! My garagedoor has been working smoothly with no issues.

Mandre was professional, responsive, exceptional work and most valued overall. He installed 16’ aluminum retainer, 16’ roll of bottom seal, 10 whisper rollers, and bottom brackets. He also did some maintenance and went above and beyond! He was honest and fair with pricing. I’ll will definitely advise calling them for any garagedoor repair. Words can’t express how impressed I am with GDR!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply call me out and we can discuss your best option and most cost efficient solution for whatever issue you're having with your garage door even if you're looking to change the look of the home and are searching for ideas I can bring brochures and color samples. Once we diagnose an issue and a price is given I will create an invoice and email you an itemized invoice with my contact information and warranty details Payment can be made by cash check or charge Zelle is preferred.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I 1st started over 20 years ago 20 years ago I did receive one week of school like training in Texas along with hands on training training at their facility.
