Very professional and responsive. Roof was fixed within 2 days of him coming to look at it. There was a 2 week wait time, but Steve bumped us up because I was 9 months pregnant. Overall great experience

The easiest home repair I have ever experienced. I would recommend Steve with no hesitation. Others, due to the size of my job (just a small leak), tried to get me to replace the entire roof, which was not within my budget. Steve looked at my job, discussed options and didn't try to convince me to take on the more expensive job. He was personable, professional and very easy to work with.

I found McCormick Construction on thumbtack when we noticed a water stain on our bathroom ceiling after a rain storm. I spoke with Steve in the morning and he made adjustments in his schedule in order to accommodate my availability. He came out to assess our roof 45 minutes later and did an extremely thorough job. He worked with my schedule and fixed our roof the same day in order to protect our home from the rain storm later that night. He was extremely clear in his explanations. The part that I most appreciated was him not being pushy and allowing me to make the decision that I felt was best for my situation. I would highly recommend McCormick construction.

McCormick called gave me a 1pm estimated time he would be out. He also told me he would call if he could come out earlier. He did call and was able to arivce 2 hours early! We did talk the night before about the job and he quoted me the price. Also gave us a realistic expectation on our roof life when he was all done. I was not home at the time but he invoiced my wife for the same price that we quoted over the phone. Very pleased with his work, integrity and punctuality! The last windstorm raved havoc on our roof and I was appreciative that he was able to give it a tuneup and reattach the tile that came off our roof. We are definately prepared for the rain storm that we had recently. We were very pleased with his service!
