JD Sanders is an instructor with Continuing and International Education at California State University, East Bay. He has been presenting “The SHRM Learning System” since 2009. I am pleased to offer a recommendation for him. JD is extremely knowledgeable in many areas, including but not limited to: workforce planning, HRD, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development and risk management, and professional development. He is an excellent trainer/instructor and our students benefit from his HR expertise. JD is always well prepared to present a large body of information in a format which can be easily understood. He keeps up with regulations and changes so he may offer the most current information to his students. His class evaluations indicate the students have received a tremendous amount of material from his presentation and feel they’ve received good value for their tuition. I have worked with JD on several projects. JD is very knowledgable professional. One project was providing harassment traning (AB1825 )required for managers in California. The training was interactive and JD was able to engage the managers in the training and have them participate in break out sessions. The feedback I receved from the managers was that JD was very professional and they understood their roles and responsibilities as a manager.
