I now know why they call themselves, MasterPro Appliance. They know exactly what they are doing. I read the manual for my new range before they came. So, I had knowledge of how it needed to be done. They did not disappoint. They really are professionals. They have obviously done a lot of these types of installs. They uninstalled my old range, removed it from my house, unpacked the new one and installed a new gas line on the range (per code), and then carried it from the garage to my kitchen. They attached the new gas line to the gas pipe fitting, leveled the range, checked to make sure the range worked by turning on all the burners. Then they checked for any gas leaks. After all the checking was done they cleaned the range and picked up after themselves. They even took all the cardboard and packing materials with them. These guys really are PROs. I recommend them. I am so happy with my new Cafe 36" professional stove.

Felipe was on time and very professional. We had him install a Gas stovetop that we purchased from Home Depot since Home Depot couldn't offer any installation specialists. He was quick, honest, and trustworthy to say the least. He was very informative and polite, willing to answer any questions or giving reasons for certain actions. If I ever need another appliance install, needless to say I will definitely reach out to Felipe again.

Smart Installs were flexible to schedule the install on a weekend. They arrived on time and were quick to take the old microwave and put the new one in. I would certainly recommend them for the appliance installs.
