Somehow, the wheel on my refrigerator came off and was lodged up inside the base assembly. I contacted several options on thumbtack. John was quick to respond and schedule. He was thoughtful, professional, and reasonably priced. While there, he also did a general inspection and cleaning maintenance. Good guy. I recommend him.

RT Motor actually knows how to fix an ice-maker, which is surprisingly rare! Several freezer repairmen had tried to fix my ice-maker in the past and failed. RT Motor is a stand-out success, and I would absolutely hit them up for any repair needs in the future. They also fixed my water filter while they were at it!

Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave quote promptly, had the right replacement component with him.
