Introduction: We do not cut corners on quality, if some thing does not look right we fix it. When we leave a job we do not want the customer to call us unless it is to say thank you for a great job. We are vary sensitive to working with the customer to give them exactly what they want. We have the mentality that all most good enough is not good enough. what I like most about my job is that I can interact with my customers and meet new people on a regular bases. I love creating something that was not there before, or changing the look of an old home to a new more modern home.

Brian remodeled a kitchen and bath for us that included removal of walls and complete reconfiguration of the kitchen and bath floor plan. The floor plan reconfiguration also included the addition of a new laundry room. Brian and his crew did all the work from demo to finish that included extensive electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, granite and cabinet installation. He and the crew were professional and detail oriented throughout the project. They were craftsman while on the job and truly took pride in their work. 0utstanding job, especially considering all the idiosyncrasies of our older home that they encountered. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for another project.

Our home was built in 1958 and the "master" bathroom was really a coat closet converted into a bathroom. Brian was doing some work on our neighbor's home and I stopped to ask him if he would stop by and give us an estimate. I don't know much about contractors or how to choose a good one, but my neighbor is a handy guy, so I thought if he's using Brian, then Brian must be good! Our bathroom had some water damage to the floor and walls so Brian had to gut the bathroom out and start from scratch. Brian provided us with a detail quote and explained what he was doing along the way. Brian was very clean and covered all furniture and flooring each day he worked in our home. He also cleaned every evening before leaving. Brian was on time and did some work on weekends to get the job done on time. More than once we left Brian in our home alone and we never felt uneasy doing so. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to have great work done. We get nothing but compliments on our bathroom. With all the horror stories you hear about contractors taking advantage of homeowners it was a God send to have Brian.

My wife and I decided to renovate our home a few months ago and decided to hire Fine Line Construction. Although remodeling the entire first floor while living in the house was a bit of a nightmare, Brian and his team made it much easier adjusting to our needs. The end result was very good, we´re very happy with their work, and would recommend them for sure. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Brian and Fine Line Construction any time.

For basic Kitchen remodels we charge $8500 for labor plus material cost For basic bathroom remodels we charge $6500 for labor plus material cost General remodeling is estimate on a case by case bases
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer I typically like to set up a in house appointment to look at the project, and to also talk about how we will preform the work requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years working in the remodeling business, I started working for companies doing high end finish work on homes in the millions. I have 4 years working on Victorian home restorations, and have had my own company for 10 years now
