I was so impressed with these gentleman. I didn’t realize they came all the way from San Jose, thought they were local. They were the only company out of four that actually showed up. They explained every part of what they were doing to my fan, I know it’s a small project but big to me. Conclusion i needed I new fan but I felt comfortable because I watched them work and explained every process, I do understand the process. I felt I needed a new fan too but wanted confirmation and they took the time to do that for me all the way from San Jose. They also offered to come back an install a new fan when I get one. My brother ended up doing it for me but I was so grateful for then just contacting me back and showing up. Thank you. Above and beyond.
