- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge anything for consultation sessions. Instead, we earn a slight commission based on the amount you decide to invest with us. Even if you decide not to go with us after our consultations, you won’t be charged a cent. Our job isn’t to put you into a new product or portfolio. Our job is instead to ask you the questions that help you better understand your financial situation. How can YOU optimize resources to align YOUR dreams with reality?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with fact finding. Once we learn more about what you want, we then do a review of what you have in place and analyze how well that will do in reaching your goals. In some cases, our work stops after this point if we learn that you understand your strategy and have deployed your resources in an optimum manner. If we notice certain discrepancies between what you want and what you’re currently doing, we suggest alternative financial vehicles to you, provided that they fit your criteria.
