I am constantly studying. Each year, I attend many conferences on health, fitness and nutrition to maintain my license. I also strive to add a new certification each year!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal training for weight loss, an event, or to just be fabulous in general! Also nutritional training.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To look for someone that you can connect with and believe will support you. Know what your exact goals are that you wish to achieve and also know what holds you back.
