Austin came out with a new garagedoor controller and finished the job in a few hours on the same day I reached out to him. He was clear in his communication and his price quote was very close to others I spoke with - I’m glad I went with him! There was no upselling happening! Called in the evening and talked to Austin. I explained that the garagedoor came off its track. He immediately understood what might cause that and thought of a couple solutions. (Previous contractor did not set the tension high enough). He sent Bob out the next day and he fixed the problem right away for only $89. Wish I had called Austin's first.

I had an issue with my garagedoor and he responded quickly and came out the next day to do repairs. Was on time and performed the work quickly and my garagedoor works better than it ever has. He also tweeked a few things without charging me extra. Austin did a great job, was friendly and stayed within his estimate. I would hire him again.
