I called them in to replace my garage door spring, which I thought was worn out just like my neighbors, but upon inspection, the person who did the service said that it was actually in very good condition and insisted on not the work. There was no charge for this, but I gave him a very nice tip anyways I will definitely call them when I actually need to change it later on.

I had a problem with my Garage Door not closing. Tim came and adjusted the tension and check all the parts. He solved the problem and which allowed me to feel secure again. I am most pleased that he dis not try to sell me a new opener when I didn’t need it. Thank you for being honest.

They were professional and gained trust when they came to debug my garage door. They gave us options on how to repair and the price is sound. Though it’s not the cheapest price I quoted from other two companies, they provide me a life time warranty on the motor and two years labor which is the longest warranty I get it. They replaced my garage motor and all the replacement taken away. Very professional! One thing not good is they came 2 hours late because of some other repairs and it’s better to give a notice beforehand
