I had a great experience with Precision. I needed same day service for our garage door that would not open. I called them early morning and they were able to have someone here by 4:30pm. Cory arrived and within 20 minutes had everything fixed and was even able to install a new keypad for us. He was very friendly and professional. I would use Precision again if need and recommend them to anyone needing garage door attention.

Brad was great, very professional, they have many options and the pricing is good. Got the impression that the follow up service will be good, although I just ordered the door, so I won't know until they install it.

On Time, explained what needed to be done. Identified potential future problems and corrected them. Replaced rollers, wiring, springs. Fixed and adjusted motor. Only issue was price which seemed high, but not knowing labor rates and material costs, couldn't be sure.
