Brandon and his team did a really great job on fixing our wall trim and baseboard that were damaged. He was transparent about the estimate and total cost of the repair. Was able to provide a quote online as well as online payment option using a credit card, which was really convenient. Highly recommended and will definitely hire again in the future.

Brandon was a no-show for the appointment that he confirmed, which prompted me to call him. When I reached him by phone, he asked about the SOW (which I submitted on the platform) and asked that I send him images (also submitted on the platform), which I did. Have not heard a peep back.
So how can Ecalc improve in the future? Act like a responsible business owner and follow-up with customers.

I live really far, an hour away from job site. Just wanted to gather more information, since not enough info was given as well pictures. I got the info and wanted to give a fair price.
I ask all my customers for more info if necessary, just so when I arrived at the job site I won’t have to tell you
This is extra. When that happens 40% don’t want to proceed with the project.
