First of all I was not sure what was the problem. Mac responded immediately and asked the pictures of the unit to determine whether it is repairable or need to replace new one. Mac did an excellent job installing a new garbage disposal unit. We also found that there was a leak from the RO system. And he fixed it. Thank you very much for your prompt service Mac.

Mac was quick and easy to work with, and his price was fair (he did come with the parts and did the installation). I did not even talk to him; it was all done through the Thumbtack app (finding, sending problem details, scheduling, connecting, and paying). He replaced our broken garbage disposal. He was very professional and highly responsive. My renters are happy now because of the quick turnaround (booked him on Oct 7th at 5 PM, and he finished the job by 11 AM the next day (Oct 8th morning). Thank you, Thumtack and Mac. We are priced competitively for a majority of jobs. A true handyman bridges the gap between DIY and professional contractor and should be priced accordingly. We are a fixed price shop and no longer charge by the hour.
