Billy is a high-integrity, highly communicative handyman. He did a small repair job in my kitchen — the under-sink drawers for garbage and cleaning supplies no longer opened. His initial work seemed OK, but after a few weeks of daily use, the old problem resurfaced. I was not happy, and I let Billy know.
He came to fix it the SAME DAY. Reinstalled the sliding rail thingies, diagnoses that the wood of my 25-year-old kitchen cabinets was water damaged and not holding the screws anymore, and didn’t charge me a thing. Amazing.
You rarely encounter this kind of responsiveness and service from a handyman. I’m so impressed and will happily use Billy’s skills again.
