- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing I take all these things into consideration: what the item is, how much do you need, what the ingredients are, how long it will take me, and if I have to deliver/ set up. Obviously the more elaborate, complicated, the longer it will take. The more it will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my customers, I try to get a sense of their "style" when it comes to food.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into it in high school, I just rolled with it and by my senior year I was lined up for the college I wanted to attend. I had a scholarship and I found my career.
