Strawberry Cheesecake Bites, more like cupcakes from Heaven! They were beyond good. The cheesecake was moist and smooth, the strawberry purée was simple and delicious, and the graham cracker crust was perfection. The macaroons were perfect! We had recently traveled to Paris and with each bite we were back on the streets of Paris again. The filling was perfectly soft and the cookie was delicate and so flavorful. Great, now I need to order more.

Heather made a delicious cake for my wedding in April 2016. She was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. She was one of the only bakers we found who would even try wheat and sugar free! The cake was delicious too! My husband and I enjoyed it for our cake cutting and the next day! She really knows how to pair flavors well and make beautiful and yummy cakes! We'd work with her again if we needed to :)

We had Heather to our home to give a private lesson. Heather as lovely to work with and the treats we made were delicious! We made chocolate flourless torte, almost macaroons and fruit mousse. She gave great instructions and was easy to work with. We very much enjoyed the treats with our family. Thank you!

When it comes to pricing I take all these things into consideration: what the item is, how much do you need, what the ingredients are, how long it will take me, and if I have to deliver/ set up. Obviously the more elaborate, complicated, the longer it will take. The more it will cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my customers, I try to get a sense of their "style" when it comes to food.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into it in high school, I just rolled with it and by my senior year I was lined up for the college I wanted to attend. I had a scholarship and I found my career.
