Scheduled these guys to move some heavy items to my ADU. They scheduled a time. Sent a reminder a day before. Texted again after arriving. They did their move and even helped with a TV hanger/attachment when the old one didn't fit. Apparently, some of these TV attachments are not standard size.

I contacted Team Up Movers on 4/8 because I needed to move unexpectedly out of my one bedroom/ loft apartment on 4/12. From the get go, customer service was great. Erica texted me and answered all my questions about the process, gave me a quote, and made sure I felt comfortable hiring them. On 4/12 movers was scheduled to come at 10am, but reading from the reviews sounds like they usually come late so I did not expect them to be on time. However, they did call me to give me a heads up about being late. They came at 10:50am, we discussed what was being moved and what was going to storage (since I had 3 locations to go to). The mover listened to my instructions and got to work! They literally worked non stopped! Without any breaks, so it’s not like they are taking their sweet time to make the process longer. They were focused and super quick. I hired them for 3 hours, and they went 10 minutes. But if I did not have a 3rd location to go to they would have been done well before 3 hours. They wrapped all my furniture and made sure everything was secured. However I packed all my stuff, meaning all they had to do was unload and load the truck. They even de-assembled and re-assembled my bed! Which was great! **make sure you tip them more that’s already quoted because it’s a lot of labor work** Overall the process was smooth and I will definitely be hiring them again for future moves! Thank you for the great experience!
