I am a proffessional boxer myself so I have been trained in all the nutrition and exercising you can think of. also NASM certified with all kinds of literature knowledge in the field. I can teach anything from fitness, nutrition, martial arts, and even spartan race training. I have been certified to train strength and conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, and MMA by a legend. Walter "pops" carvalho trainer of champs like javier mendez, sam montgomery, cain valasquez and many more, has trained me and taught me to coach the way he does the past several years. I am his understudy. Not only that, but i am an up and Comer in the mma world. I am undefeated in boxing and mma. I got my black belt in tae kwon doe at a young age and have followed through with wrestling, bjj, muay thai, and boxing. I learn from the best of the sport being on team aka in san jose. I train everyday with greats like daniel comier, luke rockhold and cain valasquez. I love coaching and teaching everything i have learned over the years. Wether you just want a workout, to learn self defense, or you want to become a great fighter. I am the guy to come to. I love seeing peoples life change.
