5 stars. Benson and team were responsive, hardworking, trustworthy, and communicated well throughout our move. The move took longer than expected, but the movers stayed late and handled everything professionally. We did run into an issue with a damaged TV after the move. However, I truly appreciate that the company stayed engaged, communicated respectfully, and worked with us in good faith to reach a fair resolution with compensation.
