- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on tree size, location, and complexity. I give free estimates and am upfront about all costs. I don’t charge extra for cleanup, and I offer discounts for multiple trees on the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free on-site estimate, assess the tree and any risks, then walk the customer through exactly what the job involves, the timeline, and the cost. Our goal is to inform and educate the customer to enable them to make a confident decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained in safe climbing and rigging techniques, chainsaw operation, and tree health assessment. I also stay current on best practices for tree care and removal. I have an engineering background and naturally have an inclination to improve operations, safety, and customer satisfaction.
