They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and immediately discussed the needed solution. A part was immediately ordered followed by a timely return to install the new part. The appliance was then checked carefully to be sure it was working properly, which it was.

My experience with George and Harry was great. I explained to them that I was in town visiting my mother and she needed a few things done around the house so I had very little time to waste. He responded quickly and even offered to show up on Sunday morning. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part I needed to fix my mother’s washer but he promised he would come back the next day to finish the job. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire them again in the future.
