Our equipment includes a truckmount with very powerful vacuum suction and 5 vacuum slots at the base of the rotary extractor. Our cleaning leaves carpets dryer than much of our competition. 2 - DETERGENT LEFT IN THE CARPET. Detergents are designed to attract soil, so if not properly extracted, they will make your carpets re-soil more quickly. Our extraction is so thorough that you won't experience this issue. 3 - QUALITY CLEANING. Agitation is one of the most important element in a quality clean. Our rotary-extraction process scrubs the carpet at a rate of 650 passes per minute, so when we come across difficult areas, we can give them the attention they need. A cleaner who steam cleans with a wand cannot get the scrubbing power we can, and you can definitely tell the difference. 4 - ABILITY TO REMOVE STAINS (gum, Kool-Aid stains, etc.) We clean for a lot of property managers in town and, believe me, we've seen about everything!
