FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients pay me $340.00 for 6 hours of lessons. They involve 2x3 hour classes usually done within a week. Results depend on the variety and severity of issues and if other dogs may be involved, and from the input and follow through of the owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a call for a specific issue and I evaluate that to see if it is actually the cause of the problems or if possibly the dogs reaction if due to the other dogs and people or other stimulus around it. One of the things I teach is getting the owners to think about what they are thinking about!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on work with unadoptable and troubled dogs at local shelters, sometimes working with up to 5 dogs at a time. My continuing development now comes directly from all the new dogs with new issues that come to me every week. My education grows with each and every new dog issue that presents to me, and the biggest challenges are working with the dogs owners, who need to follow through and instill those changes I offer to them in my one to one classes.
