- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on a 25 mile radius from Fresno. If traveling beyond this area is required by customer, the work will be subject to a price increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a call or text (call preferred) is made to go over what is needed. If more information is needed a free house visit can be made. I will then tell the customer how I plan to execute the work and if they are comfortable with it we go from there.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as detailed as possible when first posting your job. The more detailed the description the more likely you will get a response. Include pictures whenever possible.
