FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $75 per hour per handyman for residential accounts and $100 per hour per handyman for commercial accounts. Apartment complexes, rentals and places of business are considered commercial accounts. All invoices are due upon receipt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have my dispatch set up an appointment for an estimate meeting at the potential customers home. I give the customer my business card and introduce myself as John. Then we take a look at the jobs they want performed and determine the priority of each project. I also explain our pricing is $75 per hour and if we need more time on the job or materials then we will come to the home owner and explain why time is needed and how much more time and money it will cost. Or if the job takes less time than the estimate there will be a reduction in overall cost compared to the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are not licensed contractors but we are insured handymen. If we can't do the job because it is too big, we will recommend another licensed professional.
