Mike and Victoria did an excellent job putting our belongings together and organizing everything so neatly. They arrived on time, were professional, and paid great attention to detail. They also gave us a $100 discount, which was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
We were so impressed with their work that we are considering hiring them for a plumbing project we need completed as well. We would definitely consider them for other projects around our home in the future. Highly recommended!
I would not use this company again.
After agreeing to lower the price by $100 for the job, the installer started assembling the table and jokingly said, "I might need to charge that $100 after all because there are a lot of pieces." I told him that if he felt the original price was more appropriate, he could go back up the $100, but he declined.
Once the table was assembled, he suddenly said he would need to charge an additional $75. This was before he had even looked at the toilet installation—he simply knew we were purchasing a used toilet from him.
The day before, I specifically asked whether he would take away the boxes from the furniture assembly, and he said yes. Because of that, I assumed disposal was included. However, when he arrived, he said that if we wanted him to take the old toilet away, it would cost an additional $50.
In the end, he added $125 in extra charges after previously reducing the price by $100. It felt like the discount was simply made up through surprise fees later. The lack of transparency was frustrating, and I felt misled by the pricing. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and I will not be using this company again.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience. I'd like to clarify a few details for future customers.
The original discount was offered by me as a courtesy and was not requested by you. I also provided discounted pricing on the furniture assembly and hauled away the furniture packaging and related debris.
When discussing the toilet replacement, there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding what was included. The toilet itself, installation materials, hardware, and a new wax ring all have associated costs. After reviewing the scope of work, I explained that supplying the toilet, installation materials, and performing the installation would require an adjustment to the price from the original discussion.
Before installation, I showed you the Sterling toilet for approval. After approval, I supplied the necessary hardware and wax ring, removed the existing toilet, installed the replacement toilet, connected and tested everything, and ensured it was operating properly.
The additional $50 charge discussed was specifically for hauling away and disposing of the old toilet. Disposal fees and transportation costs are separate from installation services and were discussed before the toilet was removed from the property.
Despite the pricing concerns, all work was completed, the furniture was assembled, the toilet was installed and functioning properly, and additional cleanup and haul-away services were performed. Your final invoice was paid upon completion.

I hired Mike to assemble a bed frame. He and his partner were fast and efficient! They also put my mattress on the new bed frame and disposed of my box spring for me. In addition, I asked him to do a job on-the-fly and he obliged. The impromptu job was putting blackout film on front door windows. I'm glad I found Mike and I'll use him in the future for sure!

I hired All Trades to install recessed lighting and fix several light fixtures in my home, and he did an excellent job. The lights are evenly spaced, professionally installed, and look fantastic. He was punctual, respectful, and cleaned everything up afterward. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical or lighting work.
