Illiapromtly responded to our request for help with a small problem we had endlessly tried to take care of. Always a road block was to costly, they can't do such a small job on and on. We were able to explain our project to him and he quickly came up with a price we agreed on and he confirmed our info and came to our home on time and was very professional, personable, respectful, clean in his work and cleaned after his job. We are so ecstatic to have our kitchen island chip free and all is happy at the Rovito household. We are already hoping to use his service again very soon.

When I first met Illia I was a shocked at how young he was. But I didn’t let that stop me. He was very professional! He asked all the right questions in order to figure out what was wrong with my dryer. He took his time (in a good way) and wanted to make sure he got to the bottom of it. Not only was he professional, he was also very kind and compassionate, understanding that I had to go pick up my son from school. Which meant he came back the next to finish diagnostics and repair🥹. I’m sure anyone else would have been upset about making the visit twice. But him, he understood and was soo kind about it! Also for those wondering if he is pricey, no he is not but honestly he is well worth whatever price he chooses!! I will be reaching out to him in the future whenever I need him and he can be of service!! Overall 10000000000000000000/10 😊
