When I first met Illia I was a shocked at how young he was. But I didn’t let that stop me. He was very professional! He asked all the right questions in order to figure out what was wrong with my dryer. He took his time (in a good way) and wanted to make sure he got to the bottom of it. Not only was he professional, he was also very kind and compassionate, understanding that I had to go pick up my son from school. Which meant he came back the next to finish diagnostics and repair🥹. I’m sure anyone else would have been upset about making the visit twice. But him, he understood and was soo kind about it! Also for those wondering if he is pricey, no he is not but honestly he is well worth whatever price he chooses!! I will be reaching out to him in the future whenever I need him and he can be of service!! Overall 10000000000000000000/10 😊
