Very nice guy. Not a handyman. The project was never completed. Because he’s so nice I found myself paying for his time spent out of guilt. In hindsight when I look at the damage that was caused instead of actually fixing what he was supposed to, I just shake my head. Unfortunately he will tell you that he can do some thing that he can not.

I completed the door that you requested, when finished I asked if you happy with the door you said yes and paid me. Then asked me to do other things around your house. The project that u asked me to do after the was not completed because you never responded.

If I could give minus stars I would. Ray said he could repair and/or replace 5 screens for $350, but needed money for materials up front. He also said he could do a minor driveway repair which cost us $200 and took all day and there is still a big pothole. We set a day/time and after 4 times texting him and getting excuses, he finally arrived to do the job. Finally, we had screens but none of them fit properly, big gaps in frames and one keeps falling out of window. We contacted Ray to tell him we were not happy and to give him a chance to make it right and got a lot more excuses. Hire at your own risk!! Not responsive and poor work ethic.
